Welcome to the CITIZENS HELPING IN PARKING SOLUTIONS web page. We are a group of concerned citizens working closely with the Dallas Police Department for the benefit of those who are legally able to park in handicap parking spaces.
Through our efforts we help to insure that all individuals with a legal handicap placard or handicap license plate will have the parking convenience that federal, state and local laws provide for them.
Our organization's members are 100% volunteers and patrol areas in the City of Dallas. New memberships are always open and welcomed. Once initial training is completed, you will begin patrolling areas of the city with other team members.
As a group, we meet on a monthly basis to discuss business issues and exchange patrolling experiences.
